Product Description

HP3 series micro Programmable Logic Controller is advanced PLC product applied in machine control and small-scale process control of plant automation field. Compared with the products of the same kind in the market, it is a newcomer but it goes beyond the primary stage of PLC development and integrates a great number of advanced technologies and advanced functions into the logic controller, so it is widely used the following controls: Packing machinery, textile machinery, building material machinery, foodstuff machinery, plastic machinery, printing machinery, woodworking machinery, numerically controlled machinery, central air conditioner, environmental protection equipment and individual process control device.

In accordance with international universal classification rules, HAPC-K3 belongs to micro PLC system. Due to the employment of high performance processor chip and software optimization technique, the execution speed of Boolean instruction reaches 0. 48? S/step. K3 series has 6 types of CPU modules, whose control point number, capacity of internal storage, internal resource and extension ability intensify successively. The switching value control point ranges from 14~280 points, analog is 64 points at maximum, CPU can combine flexibly with more than 20 kinds of extensions, so it can meet the most requirements of applications in this field.

IEC61131-3 standard is a standard prepared by IEC for industrial automation programming, is developed by assimilating the programming language styles and dialect of different manufacturers and for meeting requirement of future software technology development. It is independent from any a company, and is suitable for practice of different kinds of programming people in different fields. Since its issue, it has been promoted and supported by all the top PLC manufacturers in the world and, under stress of openness requirement, the programming software of manufacturers also comes close to IEC61131-3 standard as far as possible. However, due to the reasons such as vested commercial benefit, no one has given up the existing style completely, but is to add more or less support to IEC61131-3 on basis of the original. As the programming software of HAPC-K3 is brand-new independent research and development, we have adopted the scheme conforming to IEC61131-3 standard, the programming environment completely accords with IEC61131-3 standard, which makes our software simple and convenient for study. Because many users have known most of programming skills through various channels, it will be very easy for them to use our software and have no strange sense of new system. We believe that more clients will accept our programming software with the increase of vigor of IEC standard.
